Negotiation

At the heart of what we do. .

Strong negotiation

  • Required throughout a dispute, not just when and if the parties try to reach a settlement.

  • Keeps  you  in control of a dispute.

  • Builds and sustains your strategic and tactical position.

Critical to a successful negotiation is the right approach in the circumstances. We have in-depth experience and strong instincts.

Most disputes do not go to trial. If disputes do end up at trial, we have the relevant experience to deal with that. Some have set legal precedent.

In the main, when we have settled disputes, Mediation has not been needed. Mediation adds a layer of cost. We appreciate it can be the way forward to deal with any entrenchment. We work hard to avoid entrenchment by the other party.
